@AmazonHelp Done that but either corresponding with an AI bot or they are don’t care about resolving the issue. You’ve sent me the wrong item 3 times, each time I’ve complained, sent back the wrong item, reordered the same correct item.

Need updating so you have functioning app to work with your speakers otherwise you’ve made a product “not fit for use”
