Bitcoin is a rollercoaster ride! It’s not easy and not many people can ride it.

Simple: sell some Bitcoins; or sell MSTR equities! As long as Bitcoin appreciates by more than the preferred liabilities a year Strategy will be fine. The preferred dividend is set every month and it is variable meaning that Startegy can change the variable rate based on the market.

Here is why we have so many Billionaires: 50 years ago the government created an incentive for people to save for their retirement in a tax sheltered account with the restrictions of investing either in Bonds or Equities! For the past 20 years Bonds returns have been minimal. So most of the money have been invested in equities making the majority owners of these companies super rich! Don’t blame the Billionaires! Blame the government, the system, and us (the people)!!

A friend asked me lately: what would it take for you to sell your MSTR shares? I replied: I studied MSTR before I bought it and I believe they have a good formula. If you believe in Bitcoin, then owning MSTR makes sense!
