Chris Davis realizes his September struggles. Said he’s trying to get to the finish line of a frustrating season. He’s healthy, said off days and DHing helped at first, but now he’s grinding through at bats. #orioles
Surging A's beat the slumping O's 3-2 and that is loss No. 103. Villar HR and two RBIs. O's have lost 5 in a row, 9 of 10 and 17 of the last 21 games. Oak is 33-15 since the break.
FWIW: Since trades of Machado (LA), Britton (NY), Schoop (MIL), Gausman & Brach (ATL)- playoff contenders they joined all have lower win % than prior to their acquisitions.
Since trades:
NY 23-18
LAD 23-21
ATL 19-16
MIL 16-15
Note: O’s win % has IMPROVED since.

@JimOriolesTV
Jim, was coming to game Sunday, but very sadly had to put to sleep my beautiful Springer "BILLY" a few days a go.
Just devastated and at a loss.
He was my buddy and I was his person. Even at 61, this is a bit much.
Hug your dogs for me.
@SchmuckStop
Mr. Schmuck, many of the fans that read your articles have been fans a lot longer than you've been living in Baltimore. Don't pretend that you're trying to teach us rocket science when explaining why the Orioles are stuck with Davis. Another horrible decision.
@masnSteve crybaby. Jim is a Hall of Famer Jim knows more about this team than just about anyone Chris Davis needs to grow up and put his big boy pants on
@acupamela@JohnPAngelos@Orioles pam, i live 3 hours from Baltimore but usually attend 10 to 12 games per year always set in the club Suites your dad would always greet me with a smile he was a kind-hearted man and I love talking fishing with him he will be missed
@JohnPAngelos
Mr. Angelos,
I realize this is an incredible long shot, but I am going to give it a try none the less. I am 60 years old and had been an Orioles fan my entire life. Is there anyway I could email you direct with some ideas on what I think can help this club
