@AmericanAir I called service center to cancel a flight for changing takeoff aurport, they promised me multiple times I would not get a cancellation fee on my basic ticket. Then they cancelled it and still had penalty. Customer service told me too bad. Very shady business
@Ga7lef@PayPal Its a fraud account. Do a CC chargeback. They even put a fake delivery fedex with a picture of a small package, not realizing the order was for large bottles of tea. Its comical, but got my money back and they lost out.

and all I asked him was why the web shows one price and he quotes something much higher. The response was "well I cant see your computer", so not my problem
@AmericanAir Just had a customer service rep named Randy, fake clap at me and essentially tell me off about how I should I hear myself talk. The worst customer service I have every received...was rude, disrespectful and frankly outrageous for a customer service organization

United flight just diverted to Orlando (COVID CAPITAL USA) from Aruba to newark, as all bathrooms are non functional. Supposed to land at 7, now stuck in Florida. Airlines trying to give us covid....perhaps they should check their planes before takeoff
@sippikj @united Same on our flight from Aruba, flight staff don't care. Guy was sleeping and it fell off, they look at him 4 times and never did anything. I had to ask him
@united After telling us to get off and we can get back on, then waited in jet way for 10 minutes, son wet pants. Then gate agent says we can't go back on plane
Totally mess United, you have ton of time to get another plane ready.
