@flyvolaris my friend booked a flight for yesterday, puerto Vallarta to Tijuana. At 7:20pm. When he tried to check in multiple times online it said there was a problem and he needed to check in at the counter. He did and then was told his flight will be 2 days latter.

@flyvolaris still can’t get hold of Volaris. They tell you message them privately and then 24 hours later when you not on twitter they send this. I tried responding but no one! Horrible customer service.

@flyvolaris cancelled 7pm flight . The next day we could not get on the 10:20am because it was full. Our friends got on and sent this. Waiting for the 7:20 pm flight

@flyvolaris if you want to get stranded. Flights cancelled and we are told to return at 4am. It’s now 5am and no one is here.

@Allegiant not happy with Allegiant. We were snowed in and tried to cancel our flights. No one responded to our emails, chat line, and phone. If you call they will put you on hold and never answer. I was on hold for 5.5 hours. Finally gave up.
