@united Up against a family health emergency but instead of dealing with that, I have ended up on United Customer Care calls for 5 hours. United's system of ripping off people who try to reschedule their return leg with higher fares has caused so much trauma! Irreversible damage!

@united Trying to change my business class flight date for my return leg&the fare that is being offered to me when I change the return leg is much higher than what is available for a new booking on the same flight one way. This is just ridiculous! No change fee looks like a sham!

@airindiain Final submit with card details entered - "Please wait and do not refresh, we are processing your payment and finalizing request...", after a while got a timeout error. Card has a pending charge now but no confirmation email or number. Is my ticket booked now or not!?
