$LAB — the same playbook from earlier this year is running again, just through a cleaner structure this time
vesting and merkle distributor contracts are releasing identical 1.895M LAB tranches straight into one wallet. that wallet then fans the exact same amounts back out to a spread of fresh addresses — in and out matching almost perfectly. within the hour, another 12.3M plus 5M LAB ($2.4M) got pushed on top of that
identical fragments coming from official unlock contracts, funneled through a single hub, then spread out fresh — that's not tokens reaching a wide base of independent holders, that's one operator managing a single position through a structure designed to look decentralized
worth remembering why this matters more on this specific token: LAB already crashed over 99% earlier this year after ZachXBT exposed insider wallets controlling the float, and the vesting schedule here runs all the way into 2027 — this is one unlock event out of many still coming
none of the fresh wallets have touched an exchange yet. that's the next thing to watch — the moment any of them starts routing toward a deposit address is when this stops being structuring and starts being distribution
$HEI — is it over? on-chain says not yet
nothing bearish showing up in the flows so far. the Binance cold wallet transfers from before are still just sitting there, held, not distributed further. long/short positioning tells its own story too — top traders are still holding their longs while retail is starting to quietly flip into shorts
volume has cooled off from the recent days, which fits a pause rather than a breakdown. the heatmap has one dominant zone: $0.29-0.30, and it's noticeably larger than anything below. downside clusters at $0.12-0.14 exist but are much thinner by comparison
worth being blunt about the structure here though: this is a $12M market cap token with liquidity sitting at just 0.10% of that cap. one Binance hot wallet alone holds over 70% of total supply, and the top 10 wallets combined control nearly 92%. that's an extreme concentration, Gini score close to 0.99
that combination — thin liquidity plus one dominant wallet plus a heavier liquidity zone above than below — is exactly the kind of setup where a volume spike moves this token fast, in either direction. nothing's broken yet, but nothing's confirmed either
watching whether shorts keep piling in against wallets that are still holding
$SOL — swing played out, +61.85% on 20x, closed a bit early
took the exit sooner than planned — profit's already solid, and price ran straight into a fairly strong resistance zone right where I wanted to take it off the table rather than push for more
called the reclaim of that zone when we opened this, and it played out clean
congrats to anyone who took this one with me 🤝
$SOL — don't often share long-term swing positions on major assets, but figured I'd break down this one
4H chart, been ranging hard since early July — dropped from a local high near $82 down to $71.91, choppy the whole way, lower highs each bounce (77.92 → 76 → 74.9-ish → now testing $74 again)
what's different this time: price reclaimed and is holding above the $73.60-73.81 zone after tapping $71.91, and that same zone lines up with the mid-July consolidation base before the last leg down
taking a swing long here, with $77.92 as the first real level to reclaim — that's where every bounce since early July has failed. below $72.83 invalidates the idea
this isn't a scalp, it's a position I'm willing to sit in through some chop. sizing accordingly, not going all-in on one thesis
not something I do often — most of what I post is wallet flows and short-term setups, this is one I actually wanted to hold and talk through with you guys
$HEI — the chart is stuck, but the wallets are moving
price has been pinned around $0.20 for a while now, unable to clear $0.29 — that level is the one that actually matters here, a break above it is what could open the door to a real rally
what's interesting is what's happening underneath while price goes nowhere: cold wallet inflows picked up sharply in the last 24 hours
26M+ HEI to Binance cold storage
3.25M to Bitvavo cold storage
433K to Bitget cold storage
add it up and roughly 38% of total supply moved into cold wallets in a single day. that's a large chunk of the entire token getting pulled off active trading balances at once
price hasn't reacted to any of this yet — but that's often how it works, positioning shifts before the chart catches up, not after
$0.29 stays the level to watch. if that breaks with this kind of supply tightening already in motion, the move could come fast
$GWEI — quick reaction test at $0.029, and it held
that was the level I wanted to see react. holding above it opens the door to the next liquidity clusters higher on the heatmap — $0.033 first, then $0.042 if it gets there. volume continuity is the key variable, without it those levels aren't realistic targets
worth remembering the bigger picture here: still roughly 85-90% below the $0.2444 ATH, and not far above the $0.01455 low — this token trades in a pretty thin range, so moves in either direction happen fast
the thing I'm actually watching closest right now is the long/short ratio. it's sitting at a reasonable level for now, but if retail keeps piling into longs and that ratio gets more stretched, it sets up exactly the kind of squeeze that flushes the move in the other direction
if it rolls back into a downtrend, $0.017 is the level that makes sense as a target
honestly the long/short setup is making me a little uneasy right now — that's exactly why taking some profit here and letting the rest ride makes more sense than staying fully exposed
$ON — here's what the positioning data is showing right now
open interest keeps climbing even after the recent pullback. price is holding steady through that — usually a sign that fresh positions are still entering, not that the move is running out of steam
on Binance, retail is mostly short here while top traders are mostly long — that split is worth paying attention to on its own
volume is picking up too, so this isn't a quiet consolidation, the market's still actively engaged
$ON already broke its previous ATH, and that's exactly when a lot of traders start assuming the top is in and open shorts on the first pullback. that's normal market psychology, and it's also exactly the setup market makers like to use — a small pullback draws in shorts, then price gets pushed higher and those shorts get forced to buy back, adding fuel to the move
my read: there's still room for one more leg up before a larger correction actually plays out
$HEI — down 64% from the recent high now, and the move accelerated fast once the level broke
flagged this exact level a few hours ago. not a random call — when I post a level, there's a reason behind it
context on why this one wasn't luck: this token is down roughly 93% from its $1.25 ATH, and the trend has been negative across every timeframe — down this week, down over a month, down hard over three months. this isn't a token catching a bid and pulling back slightly, it's one still finding new lows inside a longer downtrend
that's what a broken structure looks like once a key level fails — it doesn't fade slowly, it accelerates. 64% in a few hours is exactly that
the skill here is reading where weak structure is likely to break, not guessing randomly and hoping one call lands. will keep flagging levels like this when the setup is clean
$UB — a large wallet-splitting operation just kicked off
tokens are being shuffled fresh wallet to fresh wallet. based on the history, most of these were bought in the first days after listing, somewhere around $0.02-0.04
count so far is 200+ wallets involved, many holding $200K+ each. what's been tracked so far already adds up to roughly $14M
at current price that puts a chunk of these wallets sitting on close to 5x profit — which is exactly why this is worth watching closely from here

(20+ more addresses following the same splitting pattern)
nothing's confirmed yet — this is fresh-wallet redistribution, not exchange deposits. what turns this into a real situation:
DEX sells starting to appear
further splitting into even more wallets
order book thinning out
tokens finally landing on exchange deposit addresses
for now, just tracking. will post if any of those four show up
