@woodwardsports@BrettSiegelNBA People saying no to this is crazy. Steady relationship, huge cap relief if he opts out and or his deal is up after the 27/28 season. He gets buckets, is an immediate lock at the 2 spot.
@DGKAcid@GuruTwoey@ChrisBHaynes Then maybe Huerter goes too for the cap space. At least there is flexibility going forward and we get to keep it and Ausar. Cade, Ausar and Duren at max is like 100mil a year plus, NEXT season. Thats a death sentence, cap wise.
@DGKAcid@GuruTwoey@ChrisBHaynes Of course we want to keep Duren, but if he forces the hand, and then what, Trajan has to succumb to 40mil a year and put is back in cap hell. Sabonis is decent starter, Monk starts at 2 and a top 3 protected first and a couple 2βsπ€·π½ββοΈ
@pistons_jack I have ZERO problem with this of Duren wants out. Youβre paying the same money, maybe a bit more and an asset or 2, but with options at C in free agency itβs very doable.
@woodwardsports@JakeLFischer If we did get him and he played well, weβd go further in the playoffs and if weβre not giving up tremendous assets for him, heβd be a 1 year rental and 50mil would be off the books next year. Thatβs not horrible.
@the_det_times Instant offense, will get to the line, extremely smart with the ball, extremely minimal turnovers, this is a very smart pick. Will also put Jenkins at his natural 2 with the b-team, itβs a smart all around move.
After seeing Lou Louβs death, I realize that Shawn was right about Kanan. He really does a lot of stupid things. OG Power, we see him in a specific light, but now the light is like Tariqβs, he does smart things and absolutely retarded things, ZERO middle ground. #RaisingKanan
