@GSUEdLead A5 Several things, I realized is that the morning huddle will be beneficial to the participants. The Parkinson Law not only apply in a meeting and time, but it applies to home and space, as well as life in general. I my home when I have space I fill it. #GSUEdLead

@GSUEdLead My grade level meetings were averaging 1-2 hours. Until, I had, had had enough! Shorten by encouraging, very tactfully suggested team norms, agendas, timekeeper, and minute’s recorder to follow the minute outline. #GSUEdLead
