We must remember what we’re saving by spending on children with SEND. We can help reduce their need for mental health services, unemployment benefits and we’re massively improving their lives.
Children with speech and language challenges are doing worse while their peers do better in #EarlyYears. The government needs to do more to support these children. 🗣

You can’t solve the problems in the SEND system without increasing support for children struggling with talking and understanding words.
A choice of early language interventions that close the gap for half of children and identify those who need extra support is crucial!
