Assistant Research Scientist @Purdue University My research projects: Protein structure modeling, prediction, Protein structure Modeling from cryoEM data.
Very excited to share our new paper DAQ-score, just published in @naturemethods .
Our deep learning method can estimate the local quality of the protein structure model from cryo-EM data.
DAQ is available on Google Colab:

Another new preprint of DMcloud, our cryo-EM modeling method for medium- to low-resolution maps. DMcloud uses local model fitting to place compatible protein or DNA/RNA models into enhanced EM maps. https://t.co/PdGAkGZNRK
Our recent preprint introduces DAQplugin, a ChimeraX plugin for interactive residue-wise validation of cryo-EM protein models. DAQplugin brings DAQ scoring directly into model inspection on your laptop. https://t.co/G4wZvFIdj9
We will host a ~30 min webinar introducing EM-server for cryo-EM structure modeling on May 6 (Wed) 12:30pm (Eastern Time). Will introduce DAQ-Score plugin & CryoZeta.

We’ve rebuilt our Protein Function Prediction server!
New:
• Domain-PFP: self-supervised, domain-aware function prediction
• GO2Sum: converts GO terms into UniProt-style functional summaries
All methods (PFP, Phylo-PFP, ESG) now in one interface.
