@arrivanortheast Deeply disappointed by 308 bus service *consistently* failing to pick up my autistic daughter. This disrupts her daily routine & undermines her sense of security and well-being. An unreliable bus service disproportionately affects individuals with special needs.

@LloydsBank Why does the app incorrectly state "you are currently not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and try again", this is misleading, confusing and should be a more useful message
