@Butlins removed our early check and nowhere to leave luggage. Spoke to them this morning and refusing to put early check in back on my package even though they removed it without informing us. So now I have a very poorly husband and 2 disabled children to stand around for 2 hours.
Do not book your holiday insurance with @avivaplc never ever again. Being in your 70s stuck in a non English speaking island with zero help. Meant to be a holiday of a lifetime travelling the carribean and now a holiday from hell which got worse with @avivaplc customer service
@avivaplc absolutely fuming. My elderly parents have been stuck in Martinique a week since my dad was discharged after taking ill on a cruise. Theyve been lied to, passed from pillar to post by this insurance company. They just want to get home. Communication is disgusting.
Told a nurse would ring them
Then told they were rang twice and a voicemail left. That was a lie. Now late last night been told they're waiting for the airport doc report that was done Wednesday and can't get a nurse to ring u til that happens. So a nurse didn't try ring then.
