Exactly. I think observability structure means making the system easy to reason through when something breaks.

For us that means meaningful logs, request-level identifiers to trace flows end-to-end, AI-native documentation of how the system works, and reusable Codex/Claude Code debugging skills that point the model toward the right logs, files, and failure paths.

Good observability makes AI-assisted debugging much sharper — but the engineer still has to decide what signals matter.
