From that clip, Darcus finishes pressing PC Royce on how multiple officers could observe through the tiny van slit at once. Pulley is spotted signaling answers from the back and gets ejected from court.

The trial continues with more testimony, disruptions and self-representation by the defendants. After 11 weeks the jury clears all nine of the main riot charge. Crichlow, Howe and three others are fully acquitted; the other four get light sentences for lesser counts. The film ends on a Mangrove celebration, with text noting years of further police harassment afterward.

The history of these mirrors is as dramatic as their design. In 16th-century Venice, Murano’s master glassmakers held a global monopoly on clear mirrors, protecting their secret techniques under pain of death. A single Venetian mirror could cost more than a naval battleship or an entire country estate and served as the ultimate royal status symbol across Europe.

The elaborate glass-on-glass frames, hand-etched florals and delicate rosettes on this piece were engineered to maximize candlelight reflection, transforming dark Renaissance palaces into glittering, illuminated halls.
