@HMRCcustomers I was trying to set a payment plan for an unexpected personal self-assessment bill. When trying to do it online last night, it said I could not do this and had to call.

@O2 hi - you took an unauthorised payment from me on Monday of this week and, despite 2 complaint emails, 3 phone calls and 3 failed promises for a manager to call me back, nothing has been done! Disgraceful behaviour! If not resolved promptly, I will take this to @OmbudServices
