@JohnWHawthorne In doing my work related to Title IX exemptions at Christian higher ed institutions, I have run into similar cross usage of terms. It’s an interesting phenomenon. I believe in some cases there’s some intentional ambiguity being leveraged on purpose by the institution.

I was struck by, with our three along that spectrum of size/age, how easily my biggest has shifted into being a helper for littles around him, navigating ladders and rope bridges. I’m grateful for spaces like this to practice those skills and for those who have taught him so well
