@SkyUK I have an engineer at my house who is unprepared and not properly notified of the work that was agreed ... this is the 3rd technical issue/visit and I am becoming increasingly annoyed at your company.. the customer service is quite frankly diabolical.... ring me please

@KCOMhome your support service has gone (seriously) backwards...I have rung to check my light loss on my fibre as my internet is intermittent and very poor at present. Previously I was able to do this over the phone. Now it's a 2-day SLA ... this is ridiculous.
