You really cannot make this up. The mines that Nigeria's President Bola #Tinubu was offering to the United States. The mines that outraged Nigerian citizens claim are part of an attempt by their corrupt President to have the @FBI not release his alleged heroin trafficking records. Well, yesterday, the Nigerian government reportedly killed 37 poor boys and men who were illegally mining those mines to make money to feed their starving families.

#Nigerian paramilitary forces detained the illegal miners and put them in a ventless metal shipping container in the middle of the Nigerian desert heat. Those poor souls allegedly suffocated to death. And when people began protesting the deaths, the #Nigerian government reportedly ordered the military to fire upon the protesters. From an alleged #heroin-trafficking President to people being suffocated, this is the Nigerian government under Bola #Tinubu
