We have had this law for years. It includes psychological assault and IMPACT which is missed in CCB, and wholly applies, by CJS. Available tariff ranges from 5yrs to life imprisonment. It's not used for DA. Why???

Anger can come out of nowhere, even in grief of losing a parent. The Violator blamed me for giving the Violator dirty looks, for two days, when in reality I was mourning the loss of my parent. The Violator used my grief against me to gain attention for themselves. # DV

The Violator overruns boundaries and torments the target using information they gathered in the cycle of abuse particularly the lovebombing stage. Make no mistake, this is a calculated and a deliberate attack. The goal is for the target to comply. #DomesticViolenceAwarenessMonth

The abuser is calculated 1."tension" to push target away, 2."rage" to terrorize often a "hum" or "whistle" to taunt their "win", 3. "lovebombing" to pull the target in close, 4."calm" the abuser demands attention, the target complies for safety. The cycle is completed. #DV

Confusion (the state of being bewildered) The abuser uses confusion to whittle away your self esteem. This llusion of confusion causes you pain. It is"easier" to agree with the abuser. Thus in this state of confusion, you are controllable Patterns of abuse don't lie. Abusers do!

Economic abuse is preventing or keeping target from getting or keeping a job. Making the target ask for money. Giving Target an allowance. Taking Targets money and keeping finances away from them.
