We are appealing this back to the Supreme Court. 

The Second Circuit ruled this way last year and the Supreme Court vacated it and told them to try again. They decided to again violate the rights of the Amish. So, we will be going back to the Supreme Court.

Also, yes, the Amish children in this case are far healthier than American children who are vaccinated. Our sworn papers make that clear that the families in the three Amish schools at issue in this case have a total of 168 unvaccinated children (no vaccines) and that none of these children have any of the chronic health issues that plague children in the United States.

We also provided sworn expert evidence attesting that among a random sample of 168 U.S. children, one would expect to find (based on the background rate of chronic disease among U.S. children) 31 cases of environmental allergies, 15 cases of ADHD, 10 cases of asthma, 9 cases of food allergies, and 4 cases of ASD. Yet, the 168 unvaccinated Amish children whose families New York wants to persecute are free from the chronic health conditions—all related to some form of immune system dysregulation—that plague the vaccinated communities in New York.

Since vaccination is supposedly about improving health, and the Amish who do not vaccinate are clearly healthier, one would expect New York to leave them alone. But that is not how this religion works. The vaccine zealots in New York cannot stand that the Amish refuse to abandon their beliefs in favor of the religious beliefs held by the New York officials regarding vaccines. These “health” officials are willing to sacrifice the way of life and belief system of these Amish children and their community, that has kept them far healthier, if they refuse to bend the knee to adopt cult-like vaccine beliefs.

These “health” officials also apparently cannot stand that the Amish children are healthier and are even willing to wage war against them until they submit and receive every vaccine New York demands—so they can be just as “healthy” as all the children outside the Amish community.

The Amish earnestly seek to avoid conflict but because violating their sincerely held religious beliefs is not an option, they have been placed in the impossible position of being required to leave New York to simply send their healthy children to Amish schools on Amish land. We, along with co-counsel, intend to continue litigate on behalf of the Amish to defend their freedom to practice their religion in peace.

1) The federal government licenses injections on the basis of sham clinical trials lacking a genuine placebo or proper control groups.

2) The federal government then "recommends" these injections as guidance to the states.

3) The states then pass legislation to mandate said injections.

4) The federal government protects the injection makers and those who inject them from virtually all liability from any injuries and de@ths caused by the injections.

5) The federal government uses your tax dollars to purchase the $hots for "underprivileged" kids making the federal government the largest purchaser of the $hots.

6) The federal government places responsibility for monitoring the dangers of the injections with the same agency that promotes them.

7) The federal government owns patents on dozens of injections posing an inherent conflict of interest.

8) The federal government funds research to shore up the claim of safe and effective and ignore the mountain of independent science proving otherwise.

9) The federal government determines what qualifies as an injury and then vigilantly eliminates previously acknowledged injuries.

10) The federal government uses your tax dollars to set up a special court to adjudicate injuries and deaths and denies the vast majority of claims. These special courts allow no due process or discovery.

11) The federal government employs "Special Masters" instead of proper judges to adjudicate claims and pays guns for hire to defend the government programs all paid by your tax dollars.

12) When the injections k^ll a child, the state blames the parent(s), not the pharmaceutical product for the harm and arrests the parent(s).

So, parents who've already suffered an unimaginable tragedy are up against a govt court staffed by govt paid* special masters and attorneys with no due process defending a govt licensed and govt mandated product for which they blame the victims for harm.

This is sums up the state of affairs in the US: the federal government licenses and promotes the products of private companies which the states mandate and which the federal government absolves of liability leaving Americans victims twice over when the products cause harm.

Having seen the infamous 47-minute compilation of the 7 Oct atrocities with my own eyes (not publicly available), I can attest that the Silenced No More report, which is freely available online, is even worse. It's just words on a page, but it leaves enough to the imagination to be even more horrific than the video. At least for me.

In the 47-minute compilation, there is some evidence of sexual sadism, but not much. Probably for two reasons: proud though Hamas was of massacring Jews, they were less keen on broadcasting scenes of sexual depravity. And the Israeli government likely declined to include the most horrific footage out of respect for the victims.

The report is exhaustively documented, horror story after horror story. I've read it only once, and I won't do so again. Especially the sections about the Nova festival are extremely disturbing. So I asked Claude to summarize the documented patterns in the report:

- Rape and gang rape, with victims passed between attackers in sequence, witnesses describing laughter throughout
- Targeted gunshots to groin, abdomen, buttocks and face; genital mutilation of both women and men
- Rape followed by execution—victims shot or stabbed immediately afterward, some shot in the head during the assault
- Rape continuing after victims were dead
- Sexual mutilation—breasts severed, genitals cut off or shot
- Burning, including deliberate burning of the groin; bodies set alight with accelerants
- - Hands bound behind backs; bodies tied to trees and poles along the road
- Sharp objects inserted into victims' genitals
- Women raped in view of their desperate partners, who were then killed
- Male victims gang-raped, beaten, and threatened with castration
- Dismemberment and decapitation

These findings of systematic sexual violence and torture are corroborated by the UN Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict (2024) and the UN Commission of Inquiry (2024).

Just one quote from a survivor:

"I heard one rape where they were passing her around. She was probably injured, judging by her screams—screams you have never heard anywhere. It's between silence and screams, between pain and wanting to die. These are screams... it's something I have never heard in my life, and I have no way to explain to you what it sounds like. But it's screams. It's screams. It was simply horrific. And after one finished, he told another to go up 'Ta'al' [in Arabic], like to the next one. And apparently there was a round... And after they finished, they shot her." She continued: "You hear the screams, and then you hear silence. You hear a bang—and silence. And then there's a kind of calm. And then you say: okay, it's over at least. She's done with it. And like that with each person they abused—you heard. The moment they were killed, I said, 'Oh my God, finally, it's over.'"

You privileged Westerners have no idea how you would react if this happened to you and your loved ones—if a group committed these atrocities, vowed to repeat them again and again, and openly declared that it would not stop until your country no longer existed. You have no idea.
