most jobs are not actually 'hard' Outside highly technical fields like engineering or surgery, a huge chunk of what people do at work is learnable without a degree. Give someone 3 months of proper training and watch how many “qualified” roles suddenly stop looking so special.
Back in Uni one of the craziest thing a female friend ever done to me is ask me if I had feelings for her and when I said yes she told me she only saw me as a friend. Mind you I was on my own when she called me.
