#engl680mu Thread (1/2) Awesome work everyone! Thank you for the support, encouragement, respect, constructive criticisms, inspirations, motivations, and validations! This course has been a revelation, and I will carry it with me to all of my future endeavours. Good luck with...
#engl680mu I have entered the talking to my self stage of the proceedings, so I am trying to "transfer" rote-incessant rambling into Yancey's thoughtful "talk-back" type of reflection and Mayer's meaningful learning. Portfolios D.O.N.E. !!! But 36 hrs is a long time so....
@MoxieMJ Remember that all this work is for you! Prospective employers expect certain fundamental presentation conceits, but what you are selling is you. The connecting verbs aren't figments. Just ways of explaining what you've already done. Who you already are. an articulation #engl680mu

#engl680mu this might be a thread? I just finished one of my LCs and and was trying to articulate my process (YANCEY!) which was fine, but articulating my accomplishment was not. I have never spoken about my work past explanation. Just what it is and here it is. I was able to tap
Into something real and true about audience and purpose that was emotionally jarring whilst writing LC. It was not that I "was trying to write something that mattered" but rather I did write something that mattered. Revisiting work that was R-I-P and not knowing it until now was
