तो फिर सवाल सीधा है:
जब सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने संशोधित प्रपत्र 6 को मंज़ूरी नहीं दी, तो इसे किसने बदला? किसके आदेश पर बदला? और किस अधिकार के तहत बदला?

भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश सूर्य कांत ने आज साफ़ कहा कि अभिलेख सामने आने पर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय यह देखना चाहेगा कि “किसने क्या संशोधन किया है।”

चुनाव आयोग ने पहले सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के मई के फ़ैसले का हवाला देते हुए इस अतिरिक्त घोषणा को न्यायालय की स्वीकृति प्राप्त बताया था। लेकिन आज सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की टिप्पणी ने इस दावे पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।

मतदाता सूची कोई प्रयोगशाला नहीं है।
प्रपत्र 6 कोई मामूली काग़ज़ नहीं है।
यह हर नागरिक के लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार/मताधिकार से जुड़ा दस्तावेज़ है।

अब देश जानना चाहता है-
प्रपत्र 6 किसने बदला?
क्यों बदला?
किसकी अनुमति से बदला?
और सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की अनुमति का दावा किस आधार पर किया गया?

इन सवालों के जवाब चाहिए।
साफ़ और सार्वजनिक जवाब।

Rahul Gandhi didn’t wake up yesterday and claim Vote Chori.

He built his own team, spent 6 months investigating, and held his first press conference only after his doubts following the MP election were reinforced by what happened in Haryana.

At the time, he got public support but many political parties, including BJP and AAP, mocked him. Most journalists didn’t seriously investigate either.

Why did the media start digging only after RG exposed it?

And now, after The Indian Express revelations, a defeated “Tihadi” and his cheerleaders are trying to hijack the issue .

Don’t assume Rahul Gandhi doesn’t know what’s happening. He knows. Just wait for his next move.
