@reg_rwanda there seems to be alot of power cuts with only a few houses here in Kacyiru Agasaro area..yesterday it went until early this morning. Why are we the only houses affected?
@FlyRwandAir once again flight got cancelled from Brussels to Kigali today with zero information given on when next. Been here since Friday, why are we not rerouted with another flight like Qatar or Brussels? Why is there no communication from Rwandair? Do better @YvonneMakolo
@FlyRwandAir It truly is time you up your service, a dedicated help desk at the airport, proper communication lines between your staff so they all have the same info and can share the same with all passengers, a dedicated customer service line, the line and email you provided did not work.
@FlyRwandAir what is hapenning? Service is terrible. Cancel flight from Brussels to Kigali but dont give any information on whats next? Apparently flight has been cancelled since Thursday and people stranded with zero info. Its a disgrace!
