@BenCumminsFF The video that corroborated her claims isn’t much. Not much happened in the garage other than him grabbing a phone and breaking it and her falling as a result of grabbing the phone or light shove (some ladies can be a bit dramatic). Hence why they charged him with the misdemeanor

@MichaelSalfino The charges tell you everything there is to know about the video. It was likely more of a violent grabbing of the phone or push that resulted in her falling and hitting her head. They would have charged him with much more if anything else was on the video.
