Why renting a property feels illegal nowadays?

Hosts are facing higher fees, less revenue, new rules and more friction when relying only on centralized travel agencies.

That's why it's important to also have a direct booking website to control pricing and have direct contact with your guests.

Seriously, don't put all your eggs in one basket.
