Hey @latitude_fs your automated card PIN selection service is not working and it terminates the call rather that hand over to customer service. Been trying 3 weeks to activate. Used the phone number provided by service rep earlier today. Really frustrating.

@latitude_fs The automated service does not work. That has been my experience and confirmed by one of your reps. What steps? You call the number, enter the card number and a recorded message says you are experiencing technical difficulties.

@latitude_fs Rang service agent again this evening - was advised that the PIN system is offline and will not be available for another week or 2. Cannot use the card until then. Happy holidays?

@AmexAU how can I contact your Travel division. Waited more than hour this morning and the chat option is never available. Amex travel accepted a flight change on my behalf and now the airline just refers me back to Amex. Does anyone actually answer the phone?
