ये दृश्य हैं नोएडा के सेक्टर-78 के, बाल्मिकी बस्ती की है - जहां लगभग 400 परिवारों की बिजली और पानी की आपूर्ति तकनीकी कारणों से 20 दिन से बंद है।

नतीजा…
आज 400 परिवार अपने घरों के लिए इस तरह पानी का इंतज़ाम करने को मजबूर हैं।
