@RockWithboAt your customer service team is a non-cooperative team, still have not resolved my complaints, each time asking me to reregister a ticket. 4370962, 4455428 etc. Create an efficient customer service team to deal with corporate purchases, whom you have now is hopeless.

Some banks need to know for what business we're looking for this loan and all banks denying if any guide's account is NPA or CIBIL isn't maintained.

Sir, our license in South India is not yet renewed, whereas our colleagues in North India have received new license and loan too.

Dear sir, but reality is totally different. The bank manager is saying that we would sanction loan to the existing customers only.

Hope license of other regions are renewed for availing the loan. Southern region office has not started issuing license whereas Delhi regional office of tourism has started aiding guides in availing loan.
