The 5th Guild Government of FINS Medical University joins Uganda in mourning His Majesty Omukama Oyo Nyimba Rukidi IV (1992-2026), who passed on 27th August 2026. We extend heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family and people of Tooro Omukama Atulize. May his soul rest peacefully
