As the Coop Turns..
Last night, Laverne did not show up for bedtime. Her roost on the shower bench was waiting for her. Radlee and I looked for her everywhere! I was so sad at the thought something bad might have happened to her.

What a relief 😌 I can't believe I have gotten so attached to a Silly Chicken... She has me well trained. She even comes in to get me to open the gate for her because of the road blocks on the chicken escape route. LOL 😆

Laverne and DeeDee are still managing to escape, though. Yesterday, Laces Chicken went over the cedar fence and was hanging out in the tall weeds in the neighbor's backyard. Bitching about missing breakfast, of course.

She has been coming out late afternoons for a vigorous dust bath, a drink of water and some snacks. Curley can't decide whether to sit or not to sit, that is the question 🤔

We started planting the garden last Friday, so I had to close down the, Barnyard Bad Girl, super highway escape route, into the human occupied portion of our backyard.

Democracy worked just fine with the absence of Feinstein's vote. Majority ruled and a Biden rule was overturned. What democrats mean by "Democracy" is that their partisan politics runs rough shod over the nation with One Party Rule.

The US is a Constitutional Republic. The word Democracy does not appear anywhere in our Declaration of Independence or Constitution, but the phrase 'Republican form of government' does. Article IV Section IV of our Constitution.
