I guess I gotta think about what it sounds like on the Green channel...

South Carolina has a serious problem: magistrates handing down sentences without even having a law degree.

Pedophiles getting less than a day in jail. Rapists walking free. Murderers with no consequences. This isn't justice, it's a broken system failing victims every single day.

As Governor, I'll require legal expertise on the bench and ensure criminals face real consequences. South Carolina's families deserve a justice system that actually works.

Victims deserve better. Our state deserves better.
