i kind of hate my life rn. i gained 8lbs after working so hard to lose it a few months ago. all because i’m too anxious to exercise because i’m afraid of triggering a panic attack. i wouldn’t wish this disorder on anybody. i miss who i was without it, 6 months ago. why lord?
