Andy Dunn (@dunn) says he wants his company Pie to "be the operating system by which you get off your phone and back into real life."
"It's an app and an AI agent to build infrastructure for your whole social life."
"The primary product is an app that has events that we think you might want to go to, communities that you might want to belong to, and people we think you'd want to meet. And that's how it gets going."
"Sometimes, [even] if you have a lot of friends, and you have a good social life, what sucks is it's hard to find time to see them. It's hard to get out of this rat race to actually prioritize seeing the people you care about."
"So that's why we just launched an AI agent called Pienelope. Her job is in iMessage as well as — soon, in the app — to help be a 'social life instigator' and 'chaos coordinator' to get you together with the people that you should be spending more time with."
Voice mode is rolling out now in Claude Code. It’s live for ~5% of users today, and will be ramping through the coming weeks.
You'll see a note on the welcome screen once you have access. /voice to toggle it on!
Moltworker is a middleware Worker and adapted scripts that allows running Moltbot (formerly Clawdbot) on Cloudflare's Sandbox SDK and our Developer Platform APIs. So you can self-host an AI personal assistant — without any new hardware. https://t.co/BUlxsyu1fa
This has been said a thousand times before, but allow me to add my own voice: the era of humans writing code is over. Disturbing for those of us who identify as SWEs, but no less true. That's not to say SWEs don't have work to do, but writing syntax directly is not it.
@schickling@linear I think you are spot on. At my day job, we have been using a sync engine for over a decade to bring distributed people and data together.
When we have to build things, the “other way,” it seems so… out of sync
