I had mailed on sunday regarding reversal of non maintenance of minimum balance, I was assigned service request no.89832509 and was assured that the issue will be resolved in 3 days, It has been 3 days since then and i have received no communication regarding it.

I opened the regular savings account online, While applying for the account a reference no. Was generated and i got a message that i will be contacted by banking representative for Video KYC, It has been a week or so and i haven't received any call or mgs for KYC

@CRED_support Now show me what response I have received from You guys? Why are you making it worse by not coming up with concrete answers, I have shared the KYC documents. And you haven't done anything at your part. You haven't completed my KYC from last 23 hours.

Can i get a concrete answer either through DM on X or through Email or via call from you guys regarding the KYC process for my insurance policy which is pending from 22 hours as i have already paid the premium and my current policy will expire today.

@CRED_support My Insurance policy KYC is still pending and it has been more than 20 hours since i paid the premium and applied for KYC, My current Policy will expire today, What i'm supposed to do?

I renewed my insurance policy through cred, I paid the premium and after that i was asked to complete the KYC, i opted for manual KYC and attached the aadhar of a vehicle owner, My KYC is still pending my current policy will expire tomorrow, pls help @CRED_support
