@applefishfangs they filed Class 42 (tech/software design) in the exact same batch as candles, medicine, and tobacco. If you think a trademark date equals the start of development, you’re trying to say they coded his software framework the exact same week they designed his branded candles lol

First, not all the trademarks have to be public and if they are they are usually under codes. Name was trademarked later, but that doesn’t mean his design wasn’t.

Those CNIPA codes literally prove it’s defensive registration. They filed "Ao Yin" under Class 33 (alcohol), 34 (tobacco), and 30 (food) to stop malicious squatters from stealing the name. Unless you think the studio spent June making Valko vapes, it’s just standard IP protection

@Miraculous_14 If you look closely in the trailer his hair isn’t fully red either! It actually looks more cooler - purple at night. In this scene there is heavy spotlight and I also zoomed and brightened it up. I think it’s more weird if he wasn’t teased so I think he can definitely be there!
