Checked in a locked luggage. Collected a damaged one. My baggage on today’s @IndiGo6E flight SXR → JRG (PNR: SFPMJX) had its lock broken and zipper pull ripped off. If baggage needs to be opened, passengers need to know. If it was mishandled, it is a disgrace.
