Ty for your attention!
After spending days studying Nigeria’s history, I’ve come to one conclusion:
Many of the problems Nigerians face today didn’t start with our generation.
In my opinion, some of the leaders whose decisions had the most damaging long-term effects on Nigeria include:
• Ibrahim Babangida
• Sani Abacha
• Muhammadu Buhari
Meanwhile, I often wonder what Nigeria might have become if leaders like:
• Murtala Muhammed
• Johnson Aguiyi-Ironsi
• Moshood Abiola
had more time or a greater opportunity to implement their vision.
The more I study Nigeria’s history, the more I realize that today’s insecurity, economic struggles, weak currency, and political distrust didn’t appear overnight.
They were built over decades.
What’s your list?
Most origin stories in tech are manufactured. Right place, right time, rewritten three times by a PR team until the whole thing sounds inevitable in hindsight
This one actually isn't
@albertorosasg and @_arosasg are identical twins from Barcelona
They grew up being mistaken for each other their whole lives same face, same voice, same everything.
They played professional tennis together then decide to look into AI and research together and from there they proceed to start building together
This led to some them looking at the identity infrastructure the internet runs on and saw exactly what was broken in it
Not because they'd read some market report. Because they had spent their entire lives as living proof that identity is genuinely hard
Two people with the same face, the same name, the same background and every system that was supposed to tell them apart was essentially guessing.
So they built @getdidit
One API for identity and fraud with full KYC at $0.33
Liveness detection built to hold up against current-generation deepfakes
A reusable identity layer so users verify once and carry that credential everywhere they go
The context matters here
AI just made impersonation cheap
A $20 tool now does what used to require thousands of dollars and real technical skill.
The attack surface didn't just grow it got handed to anyone who wanted it
That's a fundamentally different problem than what old identity infrastructure was built to handle, and most of that infrastructure hasn't caught up yet
Two people who spent their whole lives being mistaken for each other built the thing that makes that mistake technically impossible
$7.5M from YC and Robinhood Ventures suggests the gap they identified is real
The founder story behind Didit is not a marketing angle someone bolted on after the pitch deck It's where the whole idea came from
Good morning fam ☀️
How was your night?. Another beautiful day to show up
Over 57,000 files and 52GB+ already stored onchain.
@0G_labs Labs storage is not just live, it’s being used.
Decentralized, verifiable, and actually scaling for AI data.
This is what real infrastructure looks like.
They also integrated with Euclid Protocol, pushing toward seamless cross-chain liquidity.
Swap across chains, no bridges… that’s a big UX shift.
On the other side, media is becoming a solid infrastructure with @permacastapp. Instead of just posting content, you can boost content onchain,
supporting audio, video, or articles while building your own visible track record as a curator on permaweb
Still stacking up points on @XOOBNetwork . XOOB is exploring how creators can connect their influence directly to measurable on-chain performance.
Lets make today count ❤️
Just caught up on the latest news about McLean. It’s interesting to see how the community is evolving and what new developments are on the horizon. Excited to see what comes next!
Jim Cramer is making headlines again! His bold stock predictions and fiery personality keep investors on their toes. Whether you love him or hate him, there's no denying Jim Cramer knows how to stir the pot.
Good morning frens ☀️
Up and greatful, ready for today's grind
Interesting direction from @0G_labs lately.
With AIverse, you can now create AI agents and mint them as iNFTs on 0G. That means the agent, its personality, and its data actually belong to you, not the platform.
Move it, trade it, plug it into other apps. Ownership is onchain.
Meanwhile @permacastapp keeps focusing on something equally important for the internet: permanent media.
Audio, articles, and knowledge published through Permacast stay anchored on the @Permaweb_DAO, making content durable instead of disposable.
AI agents we can own.
Media that can’t disappear.
Keep showing up
