@HDFC_Bank Even the message bar is not visible on your twitter handle while other banks also provide message bar and quick redressal on complaint.

@HDFC_Bank The customer service provided by you is of very low standard, there is no arrangement to talk to the customer care representative of the bank, everything in your bank seems confusing
