@whoisraquelling @JHBWater This is what was happening at around 8-9am this morning. Water fam, pls ensure the repair teams ALWAYS have the necessary tools and fittings. Check on cascade clamps for the HDPE connection, flanges and gaskets for the other connections where bolts were not tightened. Pls fam.
