1.พ.ร.บ.การขนส่งทางราง พ.ศ…
2.ร่าง พ.ร.บ.การบริหารจัดการระบบตั๋วร่วม พ.ศ. .... (พ.ร.บ.ตั๋วร่วม)
3.ร่าง พ.ร.บ.การรถไฟฟ้าขนส่งมวลชนแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ.2543 (พ.ร.บ.รฟม.)

รัฐบาลพยายามทำทุกวิถีทางแล้ว คิดว่า พ.ร.บ.ตั๋วร่วม จะผ่านกฎหมายนี้ในสภาฯ ให้จบได้ รวมถึง พ.ร.บ.รฟม.

หากผ่านตรงนี้ไปได้ ตามกระบวนการหลังโปรดเกล้าฯ ก็ต้องออกกฎหมายลูก และมีกระบวนการต่างๆ เช่น การรับฟังความคิดเห็นใช้เวลา 15 วัน

ตรงนี้จะเสนอ ครม.ให้เว้นการฟังความคิดเห็น เพราะโครงการ 20 บาทตลอดสาย เป็นผลบวกกับประชาชน ไม่มีผลลบ ซึ่งกฤษฎีกาบอกว่า ทำได้

ถ้าเป็นไปตามนี้ ก็จะสามารถใช้รถไฟฟ้า 20 ตลอดสายได้ ในช่วงกลางเดือน พ.ย.นี้

นอกจากนี้ สุริยะยัง มั่นใจ สว. เห็นประโยชน์ของประชาชน เพราะเรื่องนี้ไม่ใช่เรื่องการเมือง
