Your team has the one of the worst customer support. I was waiting in line for more than 30 minutes to get connected to an agent but it was saying 1st in the queue then suddenly call got disconnected. I'm not sure someone disconnected it or it got disconnected. WORSTT

@airtelindia I have been using Airtel postpaid and DTH everything in Airtel now I'm regretting it because of the customer service you. On oct3-25 I recharged for 6 month package but as per the customer care its been converted to monthly without intimate anything. It's not fair

My SVG gold bond is meatured Last month but the money is not credited to my savings or icic dmat account wallet. I have called several time to helpdesk but they ask me to wait for 10-15 working days but it's been a month yet I didn't received the money
