I was not informed about it by the Post office .Pls help

@IndiaPostOffice Sir I sent a speed post to my son studying in Dublin via the following post office : Dr Shivarama Karanth Nagar PO.

Now the Ireland receiver are charging me customs duty worth 15000rs .

This is just not fair as I was not informed about it by the Post office.

We were a huge group traveling from Kanpur to Dhanbad by Rajdhani 12302. Got off at Dhanbad station today -11th July; 6:33am .
