Expiry date is not a guarantee of product quality.

I received this product with an expiry period extending up to December 2027, but the condition of the product has raised a serious concern.

As clearly visible in the pictures, there are dark/ black patches and unusual discouration inside the container, which does not look normal for a properly stored product.

Even though the product is Technically within its expiry date, the appearance and condition of the product are concerning.

Consumer trust Brands to provide products that are not only within the expiry date but also safe, fresh properly sealed and fit for use.

An expiry date should never become an excuse to ignore changes in the product's appearance or quality.

👉is this is this acceptable for a product that is still within its stated expiry period..?

👉what would cause such dark disloration inside the container..?

👉should consumers continue using a product when its appearance has change changed like this..?

I request the company to investigate this batch, check and manufacturing and storage conditions, and provide a clear explanation.

Consumer safety and product to quality should always come before everything else.

But after reaching home and opening the box, the customer was shocked to see what was inside. 😳

A fungal-like layer was clearly visible on the sweets, raising serious concerns about their quality, freshness, and storage.

Most importantly, the customer has the purchase bill as proof. According to the bill, a total of ₹1,208 was paid for the purchase.

When customers buy sweets from a large and trusted brand, they are not just buying a product—they are trusting the brand for quality and safety. If the condition of the sweets is like this, it is natural for that trust to come under question.

I went out looking for a room to rent, but after seeing the one I found, I felt like I couldn’t stay there even for a minute.
