@CSMIA_Official who is managing the Immigration line today. Utter chaos at the business/first class line. No one is monitoring all classes are queued up here. With two officials at the immigration counter, the line is moving at snail speed. Defeats the purpose of flying business.
@on_running delivery has been delayed by over 3 days with no line of sight on when the parcel will be delivered. Can you Pelase expedite delivery or cancel my shipment altogether.
The air conditioning at Mumbai T2 departures don’t seem to be functioning at all. The building is seething with heat. How can this be allowed on any day? Passenger discomfort is rampant.

@KDAHMumbai does not allow patient attendants to get food into the main hospital from outside but also does not provide clean eating space outside their patient care spaces. Their overall service requires an overhaul!

@emirates service on flight + on ground is impeccable! have been a delighted customer for last 4+ years. But their @EmiratesSupport is DEPLORABLE! Something as basic as Password reset on my Emirates account has not been resolved in over 10 hours. Tech Service needs an overhaul!
