Hi @VirginAtlantic please can you tell me where my suitcase is? It unfortunately didn’t make the flight for my honeymoon to Montego Bay and the World Tracker system suggests the suitcase hasn’t been traced despite staff at the airport advising it was still at Heathrow!

@VirginAtlantic Hi - me again! Day 5 of 7 of our holiday with no suitcase - the flight my luggage was due in on landed over 2 hours ago. I’ve had no update from the baggage team and the number we were given at the airport is not in service. This is now beyond a joke, I just want my suitcase.

@VirginAtlantic I would also like to know why there isn’t a lost baggage customer service team based in the UK that can be spoken to on the phone. My suitcase has been lost for my honeymoon, and I can’t physically speak to someone to find out what is going on. Madness. (3/3)

@VirginAtlantic With the technology available nowadays, how can you not know where a suitcase is over 50 hours after it was given to you? Are there not systems in place that ensure that suitcases are scanned at each point in their journey? (2/3)

@VirginAtlantic Hi Ashley, I have contacted the baggage team who have advised that you are still trying to trace my suitcase - over 40 hours after landing. What I’d like to know is why I was lied to and told that the bag was still at Heathrow when it’s actually still being traced?! (1/3)

@HighwaysSEAST Thank you 😊. Are you able to advise why there aren’t any signs detailing that this part of the road is going to be shut on the M2 J5 slip road, or anywhere between J5 and J6? I only found out about the road closure as my partner drove past a sign by J3!

@HighwaysSEAST My partner has just driven past the accident, 2 cars and a lorry involved but absolutely no emergency services at the scene! Interested to know how crews are working to clear it when there’s no one there...
