Trossard kicked the ball less than one second after Oliver started blowing the whistle. In fact, when he kicks the ball, the whistle can still be heard. He’s passing the ball to Martinelli. How can you book a player for that???

There was less than a second between this frame just after he kicked it and when Oliver blew the whistle. He’s clearly trying to put the ball into space in front of Martinelli.
