We want to say a couple things, if you have a minute...

Unfold?

Ever since we started in the world of NFT and Digital Art, our main goal has simply been to be a gallery that treats everyone fairly and honestly. And we think we've been doing a pretty good job of it.

Since the beginning, we've put together more than 30 events and exhibitions all focused on NFT and Digital Art. We have provided space on our platform to more than 700 artists, and here's the cool part: we haven't charged any of them to join, taken a cut from their sales, or asked for a commission.

Looking back over the last 3 years, we've had the chance to team up with lots of creative folks and builders. They've taught us stuff, and we hope we've taught them some stuff too. Through it all, we've stayed to what we believe in.

One of the reasons Unfold was born was that in the Web3 ecosystem, artists and collectors were being absurdly exploited by galleries or exhibition platforms. Exorbitant entry fees, commissions, and most distressing of all, the fact that some galleries share in the proceeds of the artists' sales. At the same time, these galleries want to create a market based on certain artists by creating a circle, the same and constantly pumped names we see in real-life organizations every year, and dozens of artists and builders who are pushed out of the circle.

Now, we can't change the whole system by ourselves. We're not living in a dreamland. But being a fair option in a system that's not always fair makes us proud of what we stand for:

No getting caught up in the hype
No keeping people out
No big egos
We're all about working together and making things better.

PS If you're curious about how Unfold can offer everything for free, it's because we create revenue by partnering with platforms/companies that do not charge artists at all or very low fees.
