It may feel like people in Washington don't talk to each other anymore. But here, we do. For 10 years, GU Politics has been giving students the chance to hear, share, respect and question different viewpoints. https://t.co/yUgdRh4AWV

This week was a whirlwind - but I enjoyed it immensely.
Started in DC, where I saw some of my favorite @GUPolitics students, then off to Nashville to a fun event at the @countrymusichof, honoring the great @Clint_Black, then to FL for the @miami_summit, where I moderated a panel on artificial intelligence in politics and policy.
Leading a discussion among pros like @alexlundry, @katieharbath and @Rob_Flaherty was a treat! They’re tops in their respective fields, and I learned a lot from them that I’ll take with me onto the campaign trail, where AI is playing a bigger and bigger role.
AND - we got to spend some time with my fellow @Georgetown alum, NBA legend @iamzo33, who also spoke at the event. (Hoya Saxa!)
Now, it’s time for a relaxing Saturday at home in SC, before I head back to Washington tomorrow, to cover King Charles’ visit and address to Congress.
5 years ago, my future was uncertain, but I'm here to tell you that with faith, family, friends - and great doctors - anything is possible.
Never give up!
